Surface tolerant primer and intermediate for the maintenance of plants exposed to particularly aggressive atmosphere. Suitable to be applied on new or for maintenance steel substrates also when sandblasting is not possible, after mechanical brushing with metal bristle. It can be applied also on concrete duly prepared.
