Product formulated with acrylic resins dissolved in solvents. It is particularly suggested to insulate and to impregnate chalking concrete substrates (indoor and outdoor)as well as plaster surfaces.
The product provides increased adhesion, optimum spreading rate and resistance of the finishing paints.
