Stoneblock is a polyol moisture-curing resin, one component with very fast polymerisation, studied to seal the Escape Joints (previously filled with draining gravel) of floors stone material (such as cubes).
Stoneblock after pouring to complete impregnation of the joint, thanks to its special rheological characteristics, deeply penetrates adhering to the gravel and to the stone giving origin to one structure only “stone / resin/ draining gravel”, performing with remarkable elasticity, resistance to chemical agents and to mechanical damages, good resistance to thermal expansions and to vibrations caused by heavy traffic also: the system is able to dynamically react to loads of a decomposed multiple types of traffic.
